Hello again.

Thought I would just say a little about the Tarot this morning.
I went to my Tarot meeting last night. It was great as always. Lots of new people this time. We had a lot of fairly new readers and one person that had purchased a deck that day to attend the meeting. He was delightful and so eager to learn. He hadn’t read the book or even looked through all of the cards. As he did he was absorbing every little detail of the cards, wanting to know what every element meant, drinking it all in. (rider-waite deck) During his first reading he didn’t use the book. We encouraged him to read intuitively, to look for symbols, and to “feel” his way through it. It was interesting to say the least as he had some very unusual insights.

Anyway I guess I just wanted to say that every time that we shuffle the cards we should try to reconnect to that first moment of wonder. It is lovely.
